Factors influencing the level of patients’ satisfaction with mental healthcare delivery in Tamale Metropolis: a multicentre cross-sectional study
There is a fundamentally favorable level of reception for mental health treatments, as evidenced by the fact that over half of the participants were satisfied with them. The findings indicate that there is still more room for improvement, especially when it comes to tackling systemic barriers and demographic variations to improve overall client experiences. Ghana Health Service and other partners should put in place interventions to enhance the delivery of mental health services.
