The establishment of "Four Specialization" Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing outpatient system and the characteristic nursing connotation of Traditional Chinese Medicine pediatric nursing clinic in the hospital

Taking the advantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing clinic to integrate clinical nursing, teaching and scientific research work, in order to improve the quality of clinical nursing, realize the goal of "developing from empirical to scientific type" in nursing practice, and establish the "Four Specialization" Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing outpatient department working system. Rooted in the theory of children's constitution, efforts had been made to develop nursing by syndrome differentiation, improve emotional nursing program under the concept of holistic nursing. On the basis of establishing a high-quality nursing service system, researchers should continue to explore the feasible way of the development of Tradition Chinese Medicine outpatient nursing.
