Nursing management of acute kidney injury and thrombocytopenia after liver transplantation: A case report

To summarize the nursing experience of one case of acute kidney injury combined with thrombocytopenia after liver transplantation. Key issues in nursing management included: preoperative individualized assessment and actively implementation of pre-rehabilitation program to correct malnutrition; dialysis ultrafiltration to reduce circulatory load and strengthen circulatory maintenance; raising the level of condition alert and anticipatory emergency care; dynamically adjusting anti-immune rejection therapy to maintain the stability of liver function; high-throughput oxygen therapy to improve respiratory function; carrying out multidisciplinary nursing consultation and providing individualized dietary activity guidance. (本文总结1例肝移植术后急性肾损伤合并血小板减少症的护理经验。护理重点包括: 术前开展个体化评估, 积极实行预康复方案, 纠正营养不良; 透析超滤减少循环负荷, 加强循环维护; 提高病情警示级别, 实施前瞻性急救护理; 动态调整抗免疫排斥治疗, 维护肝功能稳定; 高通量吸氧治疗, 改善呼吸功能; 开展多学科会诊, 提供个体化饮食活动指导, 通过全面干预, 提高患者血小板水平, 促进肝功能恢复。)
