Design and application of a new type of dental endotracheal tube protector

Mechanical ventilation through endotracheal intubation is an important measure for ICU treatment of critically ill patients, which can effectively improve tissue hypoxia and enhance patients' oxygenation function. The safe and effective fixation of endotracheal intubation is a necessary condition for maintaining mechanical ventilation. This study introduces the design and usage method of a utility model of dental endotracheal tube protector for endotracheal intubation, which effectively improves the fixation effect of endotracheal intubation, reduces the incidence of unplanned extubation, prevents lip pressure injury, simplifies the workflow, and improves the work efficiency of medical staff.
