Influence of Cryptocurrency Investors’ Risk Perceptions on Investment Decisions in India
The concept of Cryptocurrency has recently gained a lot of popularity among Indian investors. However, as crypto currencies can serve as complimentary replacements for monetary products, this research paper will focus on what are the factors which influence investors to invest in crypto currency. This study attempts to offer an in-depth investigation of the risk perception held by Indian crypto currency investors and the many elements influencing their investing decision-making process. The majority of earlier studies on risk perception are concentrated on traditional financial instruments like stocks and bonds but there is no literature available on investment decisions in the context of cryptocurrencies. This study is significant because it sheds light on the variables that affect Indian cryptocurrency investors’ perceptions of risk. These results can aid regulators and policymakers in creating the best laws and regulations to safeguard investors and encourage the responsible use of cryptocurrencies.
