Machine Learning-Driven Medical Imaging for Cardiovascular Disease: Enhancing Diagnostic Precision and Personalized Treatment Strategies
In the recent year cardiovascular disease (CVD) increasing cause of illness and death around the world. To make diagnosis and treatment more accurate and personalized, we need to come up with new ideas. Machine learning (ML) has become a revolutionary technology in medical imaging. It gives researchers strong tools for sifting through large datasets and finding clinically important traits that can help them make better decisions about how to treat CVD. This article talks about how machine learning is used in different types of medical imaging, such as ultrasound, MRI, CT, and angiography, with a focus on how they help diagnose, predict, and keep an eye on heart problems. Adding machine learning methods to image processes has shown to greatly enhance the accuracy of diagnoses. Many techniques, like convolutional neural networks (CNNs), are very good at finding small patterns in image data that people might not be able to see. For example, machine learning models have been created to find early signs of coronary artery disease, measure heart circulation, and evaluate cardiac function, all of which make it easier to act quickly. These programs can find predictors of treatment reaction by using big datasets from a variety of groups. This helps doctors make changes that are specific to each patient's profile. Additionally, predictive modeling using machine learning makes it possible to constantly track and evaluate how the disease is getting worse, which improves follow-up care and the use of resources.
