Artificial Intelligence Strategies for Optimizing Native Advertising with Deep Learning
In the rapidly evolving digital advertising landscape, optimizing native ads for user engagement and relevance has become crucial for maximizing campaign effectiveness. Traditional methods, while effective, often struggle with real-time responsiveness and precision in ad placement. This study aims to enhance mobile ad campaign optimization by developing an advanced framework that integrates Deep Neural Networks (DNN) with Reinforcement Learning (RL) to improve prediction accuracy, response time, and overall ad performance. The proposed framework represents a novel approach by combining DNN's strength in handling complex data patterns with RL's dynamic optimization capabilities, addressing the limitations of existing models. This integration allows for more precise ad targeting and efficient real-time decision-making. The framework utilizes a DNN to analyze user data for personalized ad content and employs RL algorithms to optimize ad placement strategies dynamically. The proposed model achieves a high accuracy of 98.9%, with precision and recall rates of 97.8% and 98.9%, respectively. It also boasts an average response time of 100 milliseconds, latency of 12 milliseconds, and a throughput of 550 ads per second, outperforming traditional DNN and RL models in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. The integration of DNN with RL in the proposed framework significantly enhances native ad optimization, offering improved real-time responsiveness and precision. The results demonstrate that the model delivers highly relevant and engaging ads, setting a new standard for mobile ad campaign optimization in terms of both performance metrics and operational efficiency.
