Research on surface-active agent type PET antistatic agent
Surface-active agent type PET antistatic agent is a research hot spot in the field of antistatic materials in recent years, widely used in textile, packaging and electronic industries. PET (polyethylene terephthalate) is a polymer material with excellent properties, but its high electrical resistivity and tendency to accumulate static electricity limit its application in specific fields. Surface-active agent type antistatic agent can form a conductive layer on the surface of PET material through surface activation, effectively reducing static buildup and enhancing antistatic performance. Starting from the principle of action of antistatic agents, this review focuses on the classification of surface-active agent type PET antistatic agents, including anionic, cationic, nonionic, and amphoteric surfactants, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each type of antistatic agent. In addition, the use of surface-active agent-based antistatic agents and the effect of additives on PET properties are reviewed. Finally, the challenges and development prospects of surface-active agent-based antistatic agents in PET material applications were analyzed, and it was pointed out that future research should focus on their durability, processing adaptability, and environmental friendliness in order to further broaden their application areas.
