The questionnaire was subjected to statistical analysis utilizing the SPSSv29 software, resulting in several findings; notably, the study concluded that the incentive and performance mechanisms are significantly influenced by the personal data of the human resources within the institution under examination. Furthermore, it was revealed that there exist statistically significant discrepancies in motivation related to performance, contingent upon variables such as gender, educational attainment, job designation, age, and years of experience.
