Generalized Synthesis of Highly‐Dispersed, Ultrafine Transition Metal Nanoparticles on Silica Spheres for Enhanced Optical Absorption (Small Methods 2/2025)
Inside Back Cover In article number 2301709, Sun and co-workers highlight a general protocol for synthesizing ultrafine metal nanoparticles of a broad range of compositions that are well-dispersed on the surface of silica particles. The strong surface scattering resonances in the silica particles enhances the optical absorption power in the dispersed metal nanoparticles.
