PAROXYSMAL NOCTURNAL HEMOGLOBINURIA- REPORT OF TWO CASES PRESENTED AS APLASTIC ANEMIA.
Two cases of one male,46 yrs and one female, 50 yrs came with generalized weakness. Blood report shows pancytopenia. Serum ferritin and vitamin b 12 level was raised. Bone marrow examination revealed a hypoplastic marrow, consistent with a diagnosis of aplastic anaemia. PNH work was advised. PNH clone is identied in both granulocyte and monocyte series. These two cases highlight the importance of thorough diagnostic evaluation in patients with pancytopenia and bone marrow failure. Both cases revealed subclinical PNH clones, emphasizing the need for early detection in patients with aplastic anaemia. The ndings support the link between PNH and aplastic anaemia, where immune escape and clonal expansion play key roles. Early identication through advanced diagnostic techniques is crucial for effective management of PNH and its associated complication
