Standard photoelectric pyrometer

The Standard photoelectric pyrometer is characterized by high temperature measurement accuracy and good stability. It can serve as a transfer standard for the quantity transfer of blackbody radiation sources and also evaluate the performance of blackbody radiation sources based on the radiation temperature measurement results of different wavelengths. It is of great significance to the radiation temperature quantity transfer. The standard photoelectric pyrometer adopts a calibration method based on metal fixed points/high temperature eutectic points, and performs temperature calculation and compensation through Sakuma equation interpolation, having a short traceability chain and low uncertainty. The performance of the standard photoelectric pyrometer developed in this paper is as follows: Measurement range: 500 K–3500 K; Response time: ≤0.2 s. Maximum allowable error: ±(0.5 K–2.0 K). Repeatability: 0.02 K–0.1 K. Noise equivalent temperature difference: 0.1 K at 1200 K, 0.2 K at 1700 K. Long-term stability: 0.3 K–1.0 K (1200 K–2800 K) per 6 months.
