Pengaruh Efektivitas Sistem Pengarsipan Digital terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan di Lingkungan Perkantoran

Digital archiving is now an important element in increasing employee productivity in an office environment. This study was conducted to see how the effectiveness of digital filing systems affects employee productivity in an office environment. With a quantitative approach, data was obtained through a questionnaire involving 101 respondents from various levels of positions from various agencies and companies directly involved in using digital archiving. Data analysis used simple linear regression to measure the relationship between variables. The results showed that the effectiveness of the digital filing system had a significant effect on employee productivity, with a contribution of 59.5% to productivity variability. The system is proven to improve work efficiency through reduced document search time and ease of information access, allowing employees to focus more on their main tasks. Other findings show that digitizing filing supports flexible working patterns, such as remote working, and provides benefits in terms of cost savings and storage space. Although digital filing systems offer many benefits, their implementation faces challenges, such as inadequate infrastructure and limited employee competencies. Future research is recommended to explore practical solutions to overcome these obstacles and study their impact in different industry sectors.
