El impulso originario de Eros en la teoría del deseo de Jacques Lacan

The purpose of this essay is to illustrate that it is not the Freudian drive, but the conception of desire as a lack proposed by Lacan, which corresponds to the philosophical interpretation of the mythical character of Eros. Through the analysis of the cause, goal and flow of desire, it will be possible to find this primordial impulse representative of the battle of life against death, of the push of the Real against the Symbolic.
