Design of Automatic Monitoring and Control System for Logistics Transmission Based on PLC
In the modern production and logistics sector, improving efficiency and reducing costs have become key to enterprise development. The PLC-based automated monitoring and control system for logistics transportation has emerged, utilizing the flexibility and high efficiency of programmable logic controllers to provide a real-time and precise monitoring method, advancing the process of logistics automation. Through in-depth research on PLC technology and logistics transmission monitoring technology, this paper thoroughly discusses the system structure and formulates a control strategy based on the digital PID control algorithm. On the hardware side, carefully chosen sensors and a rational allocation of I/O interfaces ensure efficient and accurate data transmission. The software design focuses on optimizing algorithms to make overall operation smoother. Experimental results demonstrate that this system shows significant advantages in reducing logistics costs and enhancing transmission efficiency; the real-time monitoring function effectively prevents potential risks in the logistics process, ensuring the safety and reliability of the system. This achievement not only enriches the application cases of PLC in the logistics field but also provides a strong reference for the design of other automation systems, showcasing the broad prospects for future logistics intelligence.
