Design of a Phase Shifted Full Bridge DC-DC ZVS Converter with Analog Control
This paper presents the design and simulation of a 600-W Phase-Shifted Full-Bridge (PSFB) DC-DC converter with analog control. Using the UCC28950 controller, the converter achieves Zero Voltage Switching (ZVS) to minimize switching losses and improve efficiency. Key components, including the transformer, output filter, and power switches, were analyzed and optimized through theoretical calculations. Simulation results confirmed stable output voltage, reduced ripple, and successful ZVS implementation, demonstrating the converter's high efficiency and suitability for demanding applications. This study offers valuable insights into PSFB converter design for high-power systems.
