W-band Four-Channel Receiver with Low-loss Inter-chip Compensation
For W-band receiver, this paper studies a low-loss inter-chip compensation network, and simulates and optimizes the connection model to improve RF performance. In the design and testing of the four-channel receiver, the system architecture, the phase compensation method between channels and the testing results of the phased array system are introduced in this paper, including EVM test. Through the testing, it is found that the transmission rate can reach $9 \mathrm{~Gb} / \mathrm{s}$ in the singel carrier mode at a distance of $\mathbf{0. 4 m}$.
