Sub-THz Channel Measurements for ISAC in Indoor Corridor Environment

This paper presents a channel measurement campaign and corresponding channel characteristics at $132 \mathbf{G H z}$ in two sensing channels. In order to explore the influence of the human body on sensing channels for integrated sensing and communication, the human body is placed at different positions in the mono-static and bi-static channels for measurement. Additionally, power delay-angular profiles are obtained by collecting 4320 spatial channel impulse responses, and the influence of the human body on the multipath component of the sensing channel is visually observed. Finally, the new root mean square delay spread and angular spread calculation methods are used to process and analyze the measurement data. Measurement results indicate that the mono-static channel is more sensitive than the bi-static channel to changes in moving human body position.
