A ATUAÇÃO DO PEDAGOGO EM INSTITUIÇÕES NÃO ESCOLARES

The topic addressed in this study is the role of the pedagogue in non-school environments, particularly in companies. The issue that motivated this discussion was the recognition that professionals in the field still face challenges in the domain of Corporate Pedagogy. The general objective was to define the role of the pedagogue in non-school spaces. The specific objectives include understanding the importance of pedagogues in companies in the context of changes in the labor market, recognizing the scope of their work, and analyzing how their role can contribute to social change by creating educational spaces that empower individuals to think and act critically within their workplace. Therefore, the discussion highlights the activities that pedagogues should develop in organizations, employing strategies and methodologies to gather information, knowledge, and achievements, while setting goals in advance to enhance both professional and personal qualifications of employees. The methodology used was a bibliographic review with a qualitative approach, supported by relevant authors who discuss the topic.
