A W-band Antenna Array Fed by SICL Based on Multi-layer PCB

With the development of technology and processes, the design and application of high integration, high reliability, and miniaturized antennas in the W-band have got more attention. In this paper, a stacked patch antenna array with substrate integrated coaxial line(SICL) feeding is designed based on multi-layer PCB technology. Measured results show the array operates in the frequency band of $87.5-97.3 \mathrm{GHz}(10.6 \%$ of the relative bandwidth), and a maximum gain of 16.0dBi within the frequency range.
