A Dual-band Patch Antenna Fed with Coplanar L-Probe
This paper designs a dual-band microstrip patch antenna fed by a coplanar L-probe. This antenna contains a rectangle patch, two parasitic patches, and a coplanar gradient L-probe. The L probe coupled the rectangle patch, achieving impedance matching in the lower band. The parasitic patch can produce impedance matching in the upper band. The antenna shows the -10 dB impedance bandwidths in $5.31 \sim 6.33 \ \mathrm{GHz}$ and $6.98 \sim 7.56 \ \mathrm{GHz}$ through coplanar coupling design of three structures. And the antenna has good radiation patterns in the dual-band.
