Measurement of Depolarisation and Absorption Characteristics of Building Materials at Sub-THz Band

This paper investigates the polarization conversion ratio (PCR) and absorption ratio of four typical building materials in the 129.5 - 135 GHz band through experimental measurements, considering incident waves in two polarization modes. The results demonstrate that building materials significantly impact the polarization pattern of Sub-THz waves, with varying degrees of absorption effects.
