Influence of Magnetocrystalline Anisotropy on Radiation of Multiferroic Acoustic Antenna
Multiferroic acoustic antenna (MAA) is a new principle antenna which radiates electromagnetic waves based on acoustic resonance, thus it has significant potential applications for communication and chip integration. The main radiation mechanism of MAA depends on the magnetization oscillation or magnetization precession generated by magnetostrictive materials under the excitation of acoustic waves, which contains various magnetic interactions. Magnetic interactions will affect the radiation performance of MAA. A magneton-phonon coupling model is established to study the influence law of magnetic interactions in this paper.
