A Solid Transportation Problem Involving Multiple Objectives and Products Within a Fuzzy Framework
In multi-objective multi-item STP includes those issues in which transportation price of the vehicles, entire transit time of vehicle, different items transported from various source to various destination by different modes of conveyance, time taken in loading and off-loading products have to be optimize. Weight of product and volume per unit product, insufficient vehicles and many other problems are affected to the optimal policy of transportation problems. A multi-objective multiple item solid transportation problem (MOMISTP) is formulated in this research paper by considering parameters of these problems. Taking parameters to formulate problem such as transportation price and time as variables of fuzzy type. A chance constraint model is constructed to obtain crisp values. To obtain optimal compromise solution of multi-objectives by applied Fuzzy programming & global criteria method. A numerical problem will be solved by applying these mentioned methods to optimizes the various parameters with proper solutions.
