Miniature Low-Frequency Broadband Antenna for EMC Field Test in Electrical Cabin
This paper designs a miniature low-frequency broadband antenna that simulates low-frequency interference sources and carries out the EMS field trail in electrical cabin. It works in $\mathrm{3 0} \sim 100 \mathrm{MHz}$, the low-frequency band specified in IEC60533, which is an electrical standard protocol for ships. The proposed antenna is $\mathrm{9 0 0} \times \mathrm{2 7 0 \times} 2 \mathrm { mm }$ in size, and the structure is an L-shaped patch with an L-shaped slot in it, along with an L-shaped parasitic element with a slot attached to i. The simulated results show that the antenna resonates at 38 MHz and 73 MHz, and the $S_{11}$ parameter is below -10 dB within $\mathrm{3 0} \sim 100 \mathrm{MHz}$. The far field gain patterns show that the antenna has good emitting property.
