PERAN MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KINERJA GURU DI YAYASAN SOEBONO MANTOFANI

The purpose of this study is to determine how much motivation and work discipline contribute to teacher performance at elementary, junior high, and senior high school levels in the Soebono Mantofani Foundation. This quantitative study menggunakan multiple linear regression to analyze data from questionnaires and documents, and found that teacher performance is a critical factor in improving the quality of education. The results of the analysis indicate that motivation and work discipline together have a significant influence on teacher performance, with a contribution of 55%.
