SOME PROBLEMS FOR TRANSVERSALY ISOTROPIC SPACE WITH PERIODIC CRACK SYSTEMS
The stress state of a transversely isotropic space with periodic systems of flat circular cracks whose centers are on the axis of anisotropy, and their planes are perpendicular to it, is studied. Each periodic system is defined by a representative layer whose planes are perpendicular to the axis of anisotropy, and which contains a finite system of cracks of various sizes. All problems were solved by the generalized Fourier method. The results of the research were based on a wide computer experiment, within which stress distributions and stress intensity factors were calculated not only in periodic problems, but also in non-periodic problems formed by several representative layers.
