THE ANALYSIS OF STRUCTURE AND PHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF Fe-Si-C-BASED AMORPHOUS RIBBONS AND THEIR APPLICATION PERSPECTIVES

This study focuses on the analysis of the structure, chemical, and magnetic properties of F e85Si11C4 amorphous ribbons. The primary goal of the research was to evaluate the potential of amorphous ribbons to replace conventional crystalline F e-Si materials. XRD analyses confirmed the fully amorphous structure of the ribbons. SEM images revealed a homogeneous surface morphology with micro- and nanoscale structural features. EDS analyses demonstrated uniform surface distribution of elements and ensured chemical homogeneity. The hysteresis loop confirmed the ribbons low coercive force, high saturation magnetization, and minimal magnetic losses. The findings indicate that F e85Si11C4 ribbons have significant application potential in high-frequency transformers, magnetic sensors, and energy transfer devices. However, overcoming existing limitations in the production technology of the ribbons requires further research.
