Research on Intelligent Integrity Contract Matching Model for Human Resource System Based on Blockchain

In response to the significant issues of information asymmetry and lack of transparency in the human resources service market, this paper proposes a smart integrity contract matching model based on blockchain technology, focusing on improving contract security and matching accuracy. To address these issues, blockchain technology and smart contract technology were employed to effectively analyze the process of human resources supply and demand matching. Simulation tests were conducted for smart contract matching experiments, resulting in 3,145 successfully signed smart contracts, with a matching success rate of 99.33% and an average confirmation time for contract execution of 30 seconds. The research results indicate that the combination of blockchain technology and smart contract technology significantly enhances the automation level and contract management efficiency in the human resources service market, validating the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed model in practical applications.

Abstract

In response to the significant issues of information asymmetry and lack of transparency in the human resources service market, this paper proposes a smart integrity contract matching model based on blockchain technology, focusing on improving contract security and matching accuracy. To address these issues, blockchain technology and smart contract technology were employed to effectively analyze the process of human resources supply and demand matching.
