A Visual Analysis of Pet Food Safety

It is reported that China has become the second largest pet market in the world, therefore, it is of great practical significance and social value to conduct in-depth research on the safety of pet food. This paper analyzes the safety of pet food from the perspective of pets, consumers, and the pet food market, combining data from JD spider and pet industry databases. By comparing the different pet ages, special needs of pet breeds for food, as well as the various preferences of pet food consumers, the paper summarizes the choices of pet food safety and predicts the safety of pet food. It is worth mentioning that this paper selects data sources from both subjective and objective perspectives. and combines the PEST model when analyzing from the perspective of the pet food market, and uses the ARIMA model when predicting the safety of pet food. In order to better present the analysis results, a visualization platform based on the ShinApp framework is built, allowing readers to understand the current situation and problems of pet food safety in a direct and intuitive way.
