Research and Application of Distributed Wire-Free Voice Gateway Access

A solution is proposed to rapidly and effectively improve the efficiency of analog telephone setup, migration, and fault handling, only requiring a simple setup and migration solution. This solution utilizes distributed wire-free voice gateways with PLC to RJ11 at the head and tail ends, ultimately achieving the goal of analog telephones wire-free access to the network. Additionally, an algorithm to improve bandwidth and avoid interference is proposed to meet the demands of wire-free access for analog telephones. Test results indicate that at a distance of 200 meters, the voice quality (MOS) can reach 3.6, and the total harmonic distortion (THD) can reach 0.11, fully satisfying the requirements for wire-free access to analog telephones. This provides an effective approach to improving the efficiency of telephone setup, migration, and fault handling.
