Servidão e organizações: Uma aproximação de Espinosa dos estudos organizacionais críticos
The objective of this article is to relate Spinoza’s thought to critical organizational studies, using the servitude in organizations as a guide. To accomplish this, we analyze Spinoza’s thought and discuss the relationship between his ontology and political approach to understand relevant themes to critical studies, as freedom and servitude. This article contributes to a discussion, analyzing the oxymoron of voluntary servitude, and it anchors itself in Spinoza’s thought to understand critically the relationship between company and person in contemporary organizations, establishing a resistance to the domination and totalitarianism of neoliberalism.
