Preparation of amino acid-based polyesteramides and study on poly-ε-caprolactone/amino acid-based polyesteramides fiber film
Abstract A series of PCL/AA-PEAs nanofibrous films with different amino acid-based polyesteramides contents were successfully synthesized by interfacial polymerization using L-phenylalanine, 1,3-propanediol, and sebacic dichloride as the main raw materials and complexed with poly-ε-caprolactone. A series of PCL/AA-PEAs nanofibrous films with different amino acid-based polyesteramide contents were prepared using electrostatic spinning technology. The effects of different ratios on the performance of the fibrous films were investigated. The results show that with the increase of the dosage of amino acid-based polyesteramide, the tensile strength of the PCL/polyesteramide fiber film firstly increases and then decreases, the glass transition temperature increases and the dosage is 70/30, the diameter of the PCL/polyesteramides fiber film is 309-684 nm, the tensile strength reaches a maximum of 5.2±0.9 MPa, and the T g is 31.5°C which is lower than the human body temperature 37°C.
