Long Non-Coding RNA EPB41L4A-AS1 Serves as a Diagnostic Marker for Chronic Periodontitis and Regulates Periodontal Ligament Injury and Osteogenic Differentiation by Targeting miR-214-3p/YAP1
The overexpression of EPB41L4A-AS1 suppressed LPS-induced hPDLC injury and enhanced osteogenic differentiation through the miR-214-3p/YAP1 axis. Thus, EPB41L4A-AS1 is a novel diagnostic marker and a therapeutic target for CP.
