Updating autosclerokeratoplasty as a promising method of surgical treatment of corneal pathologies

pdating autosclerokeratoplasty as a promising method of surgical treatment of corneal pathologies Kirov clinical ophthalmologic hospital, Russia, 610011, Kirov, Oktyabrsky Ave, 10a Summary. The work gives the comparative analysis of the published data on the frequency of occurrence and clinical forms of ocular sarcoidosis, as well as the results of our research over a long period, especially from 2020 to 2024. Purpose. To study clinical polymorphism of eye sarcoidosis using the experience of observation of patients in the Kirov region from 2020 to 2024 and compare it to the published information from last years. Material and methods. 180 patients having systemic manifestations of sarcoidosis were examined from 2020 to 2024, 15% of them had ophthalmic sarcoidosis. Results. A great material demonstrates the increase in prevalence and clinical variability of the course of ophthalmic sarcoidosis in the postcovid period. Conclusion. It has been suggested that the reason for polymorphism, activity and severity of the eye sarcoidosis are directly related to the individual immune status, genetic predisposition for HLA-alleys, ethnic and race origin, age and sex of patients. Key words: sarcoidosis, ocular sarcoidosis, ophthalmic sarcoidosis, clinical polymorphism, syndromogenesis, incidence frequency, uveitis, immune status, diagnostics
