Coordination in Closed-Loop Supply Chains with Remanufacturing: A Bibliometric and Cluster Analysis
Over the last few years, there has been a growing imperative to investigate developments in closed-loop supply chains (CLSCs) coordination with remanufacturing in light of the increasing significance and awareness of sustainability practices. The purpose of this study is to analyze quantitative research in the field of CLSC coordination with remanufacturing to provide insights regarding the trends and find research opportunities for further research. The search results from the Scopus database were extracted for the decade (2014–2023). A total of 32 articles related to remanufacturing were analyzed and mapped using the VOSviewer software. Four theme-based clusters have been identified through cluster analysis. Particular emphasis was found on clusters associated with environmental and social dimensions. Overall, mapping the characteristics of these studies offered significant value for researchers and practitioners, aiding in the identification of trends and hotspots in the coordination aspect of CLSC.
