The Effects of Perceived Benefits and Ease of Use on the Reuse Intention of Islamic Banking QRIS through Satisfaction Among Culinary MSMEs: Does Fintech Literacy play a role?
Banda Aceh, with 9,591 MSMEs, benefits from QRIS in enhancing transactions and supporting financial inclusion, but faces challenges such as limited digital literacy and internet connectivity issues, which may hinder its continued use. This study examines the impact of perceived benefits and ease of use on the reuse intention of culinary MSMEs in Banda Aceh using BSI QRIS, exploring the mediating role of satisfaction and the moderating role of fintech literacy. Data from 105 MSMEs were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), revealing that perceived benefits positively influence satisfaction and reuse intention, while satisfaction does not mediate the relationship. Fintech literacy moderates the relationship between perceived benefits, ease of use, and reuse intention. The study's findings suggest that it's critical to raise perceived benefits and ease of usage to enhancing satisfaction and fintech literacy, so that culinary MSME players in Banda Aceh City can continue to use the BSI QRIS payment system repeatedly.
