Optimizing Knowledge Management, Innovation, and Competence for Sustainable Organizational Development
This study explores how Knowledge Management, Innovation, and Competence impact Sustainable Organizational Development at PT PLN (Persero) Aceh Regional Main Unit, using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with data from 277 employees. The findings reveal that Knowledge Management significantly affects Innovation (75.3%) and Competence (81.2%), but does not directly impact Sustainable Organizational Development. Instead, its influence is mediated through Innovation and Competence. Innovation and Competence, in turn, significantly contribute to Sustainable Organizational Development, with Innovation at 34.0% and Competence at 56.6%. This indicates that while Knowledge Management is important, organizations must also focus on enhancing Innovation and Competence to achieve long-term sustainability. To ensure effective outcomes, organizations should integrate Innovation and Competence into strategic planning and continuously monitor their impacts.
