A Wireless ECG Monitoring System Based on 12-Lead ECG Signals
This paper investigates the design of both hardware and software for a 12-lead mobile electrocardiogram (ECG) monitoring system. The 12-lead ECG captures the heart's electrical activity from multiple angles, providing a comprehensive view essential for accurate diagnosis. The 12-lead ECG monitoring system consists of an ECG collection device, a mobile phone, and a server platform. This paper provides a detailed description of the hardware and software design of the ECG collection device. The device comprises key modules including an analog ECG collection module, an SD card storage module, a Bluetooth communication module, and a USB communication module. Additionally, this paper explores methods to reduce the power consumption of the ECG acquisition device and examines various operational modes of the device. Comprehensive testing of the ECG acquisition device shows that it performs well in collecting ECG signals, and the uploading and storage of ECG data operate effectively.
