Enhanced Eleven Level (EEL) MLI with Lower Number of Switches and Voltage Stress Applied to Agriculture Motor
A single-phase, eleven-level asymmetrical inverter including three uneven DC sources, five bidirectional, and two unidirectional switches is recommended. Since it uses fewer switches to give more output voltage levels, the asymmetrical layout is recommended. Reducing THD without adding more switches or levels is the main objective of this endeavor. The best topology was found by conducting comparative analysis with earlier ones, and the load parameter design is described. Half height modulation and equal phase angle modulation are used as control strategies. A MATLAB/Simulink simulation of an EEL MLI asymmetrical inverter was performed. Here, several characteristics, In order to compare the THD obtained using the two methods, factors such as total standing voltage (TSV), cost function (CF), and power loss are investigated for both fundamental and developed EEL MLI.
