Green Reputation and Financial Performance in the Oil and Gas Industry
The current study aims to explore the relationship between environmental practices, social practices, and a firm's financial performance via green reputation. A qualitative literature review-based methodology was employed to dig out the prior literature and delved variables and relevant propositions. Previous literature reveals that both environmental and social practices are positive and significantly correlated with financial performance. Furthermore, prior literature also reveals the crucial role of green reputation between environmental practices, social practices, and financial performance to complete an underlying mechanism.
