Integrating Machine Learning to Predict Entrepreneurial Success in Bahrain

In this paper, a new theoretical framework that integrates five theories into one model been proposed to predict entrepreneurial success-Psychological Traits Theory, Human Capital Theory, Social Capital Theory, Institutional Theory, and Resource-Based Theory. If we combine the aforementioned theories, it will provide us a better understating about the success of Entrepreneurs in Bahrain. The research proposed a theoretical framework combining all these theories and by utilizing machine learning such as decision tree model and other models we may achieve prediction of Entrepreneur in Bahrain. Entrepreneurial intentions and success have been discussed based on these theories and research hypotheses that have been developed. The idea to come up with predictive model that can be used by Entrepreneurs, lenders, Investors and policy makers to make a better-informed decision about startup which may lead to have a better eco system for Entrepreneurs in Bahrain.
