Enhancing the Customer Experience in Philippine Food Court Establishments with an Integrated Self-Service Ordering System

This study focuses on the enhancement of ordering and order management in food courts which are amongst the most popular places for customers to linger in Philippine shopping malls. Food courts have become standard establishments for people across the Philippines to go for quick snacks, to bond with families, or to hang out with friends. This research aimed to integrate a self-service ordering system for food court establishments located in shopping malls to enhance customer experience through technological innovations.
