Seguimiento de egresados desde una perspectiva de mejora del Programa Educativo de Lengua Inglesa

The improvement of the English Language Educational Program at the Facultad de Ciencias Educativas of the Universidad Autónoma del Carmen required a graduate follow-up study. The objective of this study was to collect information from graduates regarding their academic training and insertion into the labor market to ensure the quality of educational processes. A questionnaire was used, based on the basic framework proposed by ANUIES and the institutional guidelines of the educational model. The results indicate the existence of strengths and areas of opportunity in terms of thematic content and strategies to support academic success and prevent academic delays during university education, as well as to assess the participation of graduates in the institution.
