Research on laser short-range static circumferential detection based on light cone beam expansion mechanism

Aiming at the problem of laser short-range circumferential detection, based on the research of laser short-range dynamic circumferential scanning detection mechanism, a laser short-range static circumferential detection method based on transmission-reflection combination is proposed. For the transmission system, based on the principle of equal energy division, the mapping function of the projection height of the incident light and the outgoing light is established, and the parameters of the lens are optimized. The incident Gaussian light is first integrated to form a flat-top circular light to achieve beam intensity uniformity. The reflective system calculates the parameters of the conical mirror, the parabolic cylindrical mirror and the moving mirror by adjusting the parameters such as the diameter control range and the working distance of the annular light on the focal plane, and combining the geometric ray tracing principle. The flat-top circular light is reshaped to form an annular light that can be detected circumferentially. The results show that: in a certain range of change, when the moving distance L of the moving mirror increases, the annular light radius r1,2 of the focal plane increases first, reaches the maximum value at L≈3, and then decreases with the increase of L; the annular light radius r1,2 of the focal plane decreases with the increase of the top angle α of the moving mirror. With the increase of the vertex angle α of the conical moving mirror, the beam anteversion angle decreases. Therefore, to obtain the required circumferential detection beam, it is necessary to reasonably design the relevant parameters of the optical system.
