Enhancing the vibration insensitivity of dual-axis ultra-stable cavity for space laser interferometer
To address the challenges of laser frequency mode switching and reduce payload size in space-based laser interferometers, this paper proposes a dual-axis ultra-stable cavity designed for switchable frequency stabilization of lasers on one satellite. To achieve low vibration sensitivity of the cavity, finite element analysis was employed to levitate the vibration resistance of two channels, enabling significantly reduced vibration sensitivity and enhancing the space reliability of the ultra-stable laser systems. The sensitivity of the cavity to vibrations, particularly concerning parameters such as geometry and mounting force, was thoroughly analyzed, resulting in significant optimizations in vibration reliability. This paper will provide crucial support for the design and application of multiple channel ultra-stable cavities for space laser interferometer.
