A Legal and Policy Study on the Limitations and Established Direction of Generative Artificial Intelligence
Today, in Multi-modal fields, Artificial General Intelligence(AGI) is attracting attention from around the world because it is capable of human-level thinking and can successfully solve problems regardless of the topic. There are various types in analyzing this phenomenon, but we can start from ChatGPT, which is a pronoun. In this way, access to generative artificial intelligence is a task of the times for humanity, and it will grow in unpredictable ways as time goes by. However, for proper growth in the field of generative artificial intelligence, we must not only look at the blueprint. Until now, experts have generally argued that we must be alert to the possibility of new forms of crime occurring. Therefore, in this study, we provide an overview to establish generative artificial intelligence and examine the possibility of various crimes occurring. In addition, we provide legislative and policy suggestions to minimize limitations so that generative artificial intelligence can stand in the future. Through this process, generative artificial intelligence will be able to serve as a medium that users can use with confidence and help in the actions they want to perform.
