Human face temperature detection system based on infrared array sensor
In this paper, a fast and high precision temperature measuring system based on infrared array sensor and microcontroller STM32F103C8T6 is designed to measure human face temperature, and the experiment is carried out. The human face temperature measurement system adopts the infrared array sensor MLX90640-BAB to measure the temperature value of the human face, which can simultaneously detect the temperature value of 32*24 points, and perform data fusion processing on the measured multi-point temperature to determine whether the human body temperature is abnormal. The system can quickly measure the temperature of the human face without contact, and if the temperature exceeds the set threshold, it can quickly judge that the measuring person has fever symptoms and automatically send an alarm signal. The human face temperature detection system of infrared array sensor has been tested, and the experimental results show that the temperature measurement accuracy is 0.01℃. Compared with the traditional detection method, the temperature detection system does not need to contact the human body directly, can reduce the cross infection of diseases, and has the characteristics of simple operation, accurate results, strong interference ability, fast response speed and high accuracy.
