Single-shot Fresnel incoherent correlation holography based on deep phase-shifting technique
Fresnel incoherent correlation holography (FINCH) has been widely studied and applied compared to other holographic imaging methods due to its use of incoherent light sources and non-scanning property. However, the interference of DC term and conjugate term during the reconstruction process necessitates the use of phase-shifting techniques for removal. This requires capturing interferograms with different phase shifts, which reduces the efficiency of the reconstruction and affects its application in dynamic imaging of samples. For this reason, this paper proposes a single-shot Fresnel incoherent correlation holography based on deep phase-shifting technique, which only requires capturing a single interferogram to complete the holographic reconstruction. Utilizing the phase shift network, the interferogram with a 0-phase shift is fed into the trained phase shift network to generate an interferogram with a π/2-phase shift. Subsequently, the two-step phase-shifting algorithm is employed to eliminate DC and conjugate terms, which is then integrated with the backpropagation algorithm to achieve high-precision holographic reconstruction. This method does not introduce phase shift operations in the experimental system, which reduces the complexity of the experiment and can achieve holographic reconstruction by collecting only one interferogram. Simulation analyses and results demonstrate that this method provides an effective and feasible approach for dynamic imaging of three-dimensional samples.
