Integrated Quality Management Of The Jakarta Radio And Television Media Communications Academy In Achieve The Vision Of Becoming The Leading Academy In Indonesia

AbstractVision is a model of the future, a goal that an organization wants to achieve . AKMRTV Jakarta’s vision, stated in the 2021 AKMRTV Jakarta Academy statutes is to become the leading broadcasting academy in Indonesia by 2022 , while data released by webometrics, AKMRTV Jakarta has not yet entered the list of one hundred leading universities in Indonesia and provides an assessment of AKMRTV's accreditation ranking Jakarta is "B", becoming empirical evidence of the problem that the vision has not been achieved and improvements must be made to increase the quality of management. Researchers will describe the operations of integrated quality management, examine in depth the problem of not achieving the vision and find scientifically appropriate solutions for improvement in integrated quality management of AKMRTV Jakarta.Qualitative methods were uses in this research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques through: 1) observation by direct observation, documentation, 2) in-depth interviews, namely 6 resource persons who are involved in quality management and have leadership roles at AKMRTV Jakarta, 3) documentation in the form of documents, photos and videos. The data analysis technique used is the Creswell technique, namely: organizing data, coding, presenting and interpreting. The data validity technique attempted to use triangulation, namely conducting several evaluators or several previous studies.The research results show that AKMRTV's changes after the transfer of management focused more on the hard side, with improvements in the quality of the management system and excellent infrastructure. Meanwhile, social capital, which is a soft side element, has not yet become the focus of attention, so it has an impact on the quality of leadership roles and quality of performance on the management climate and quality culture to achieve vision goals.
